Job summary

Global is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join its crew in Texas. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and repair of BUR, EPDM, and other low-slope roofing systems.

You will operate hand and power tools safely and follow OSHA guidelines on a physically demanding outdoor job. Compensation is $23-29/hour, not including prevailing wage, with benefits such as 401K, health insurance, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and continuing education.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to pass drug screen and physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain various roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings).
• Operate tools safely and follow OSHA and site safety procedures.
• Work outside in varying weather and meet physical demands.
• Climb ladders and handle up to 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with foremen and crew.

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

$23-29/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
• Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
• Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.
• Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
• Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
• Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees

Job Requirements:

• Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred
• Reliable form of transportation
• Acceptable background check per company standards
