Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of roofing or construction experience, or military experience.
• Driver's License is REQUIRED.
• 21+ years old required to drive company vehicle.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel out of town up to 4 weeks when local work is not available.
• Must be able to work overtime in emergencies.
• Weekend work as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety on the job and while driving.
• Inspect problem roofs, perform roof repair and preventive maintenance.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively; listen and clarify as needed.
• Be dependable and complete tasks on time; follow instructions.
• Drive a company vehicle to clients' buildings daily.
