Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned field operations leader to manage commercial roofing projects across sites. You will direct crews, coordinate subcontractors, review plans, and ensure safety compliance and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations for commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified, Coatings, Metal, etc.).
• Direct daily jobsite activities, crews, subcontractors, and safety protocols.
• Review plans, staging, manpower, sequencing, and quality control.
• Maintain accurate reporting, job logs, and communication with PMs.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to spec.
• Travel may be required depending on location and project needs.
