Job summary

Roof Systems of Maine, a Tecta America Company, is seeking motivated individuals to join our commercial roofing team in the Northeast. The role focuses on fabrication and installation of sheet metal across various roof systems, with hands-on training and growth opportunities within the company.

Pay is dependent on experience. Candidates must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders up to 40 feet, work in extreme heat and cold, and function well in a team setting. Valid driver's license is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years commercial experience sheet metal roofing.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly, repeated bending, climbing, kneeling.
• Must be able to climb a ladder 40 feet, no fear of heights.
• Must work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication and installation of all sheet metal on various commercial roof systems.
• Collaborate with roofing crew to complete all aspects of assigned job, including tear-off of gutters and coping cap, installations, and other tasks.

Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Mechanic Summary:

Responsible for fabrication and installation of all sheet metal on various commercial roof systems. You will be working with the roofing crew to complete all aspects of assigned job including tear-off of existing gutters and coping cap, installations, and other tasks assigned.

• 2-3 years commercial experience sheet metal roofing.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, kneeling
• Must be able to climb a ladder 40', No fear of heights
• Must be able to work in the heat and sub-zero cold
• Valid driver's license is ideal
• Must work well in a team environment
