Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician for our Western US operations. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair commercial roofing systems, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to service calls with professionalism and safety.

This hands-on role requires roofing knowledge, the ability to work independently, and strong customer service. With 2+ years of roofing experience, you will help expand our service offerings nationwide and grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and locate roof leaks.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks and identify the source of water intrusion.
• Perform commercial roof repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Complete service calls and emergency repairs.
• Inspect existing roofing systems and document deficiencies.
• Repair flashing, penetrations, seams, drains, curbs, and other roof components.
• Perform minor re-roof and restoration work as required.
• Document completed work with photos and service reports.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers and internal service teams.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, materials, and vehicles.
• Follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures.
• Work independently or alongside other technicians depending on project requirements.
