Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems & materials.
• Ability to perform in-person roof inspections, diagnose leaks and write roof repair estimates.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-person commercial roof inspections, diagnose problematic areas of a roof, and complete service repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Complete project reporting while on-site.
