Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing service, repair, or production experience.
• Experience leading crews or serving as Foreman.
• Knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and coatings.
• Ability to diagnose roofing issues and recommend repairs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service.
• Strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial roofing service technicians on daily service and repair projects.
• Perform roof inspections, diagnose leaks, and determine the best repair solutions.
• Repair and maintain a variety of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, coatings and other low-slope systems.
• Train, mentor, and develop service technicians while promoting safety and quality workmanship.
• Communicate professionally with customers, providing updates and ensuring a positive service experience.
• Accurately document labor, materials, photos, and job details using mobile technology.
• Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and tools.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Travel locally to customer job sites throughout the workday.

• Proven ability to diagnose roofing issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance.
• Comfortable using smartphones and basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
