Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing is seeking a driven roofing professional for local commercial/industrial repairs and re-roofs in the Memphis area. You will work near home for a growing, safety-first company that rewards advancement from within and offers strong benefits.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial/industrial roofing, understands architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications, and holds a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial and industrial roofing.
• Knowledge of architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR and modified applications; willing to train.
• Strong leak diagnostic and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Valid Driver's License is required; CenterPoint knowledge is a plus.

Pay: $24-$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills

Job Description:

This will be for local commercial/industrial roofing repairs and re-roofs in the area, so you’ll have the advantage of being able to work near home. We’re a growing company with a national presence, and are big on promoting from within.

What we look for in new team members:

• 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing
• An understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications, willing to train
• Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills a must
• Ability to communicate verbally and written
• Valid Driver’s License is a must
• Centerpoint knowledge is a plus

Compensation:

A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate ($24-$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills), along with the benefits listed below:
