What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and participation in industry events and trade shows.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, developers, facility managers, and general contractors to become their trusted roofing partner.
  • Lead in-depth client consultations to understand roofing needs, evaluate site conditions, and present customized solutions that align with client goals and budgets.
  • Negotiate and secure high-value commercial roofing contracts that drive company revenue and contribute to market growth.
  • Prepare and deliver professional, detailed proposals that clearly outline project scope, timelines, pricing, and value-added solutions.
  • Work in close collaboration with your Sales Envelope Team to ensure seamless project handoffs and exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasts and timely updates to leadership.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, market conditions, and emerging technologies to position Global Roofing Group as the go-to roofing partner.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in commercial roofing sales or construction-related industries.
  • Experience in roofing systems, retro applications, and building envelopes.
  • A fearless closer with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Self-driven entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing territories and capturing market share.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
