A leading roofing company in Bow, NH is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Leadman to manage roofing projects and supervise crews. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with various roofing systems and will be able to lift 50+ pounds. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred. Competitive pay starting at $25+/hr is offered. This role will require working in various weather conditions and at heights.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience leading commercial roofing crews required.
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Assist the foreman and manage roofing projects from start to finish.
• Remove and install various roofing systems.
• Maintain safety guidelines and manage crew interactions.

Skills

Leading commercial roofing crews

Knowledge of roofing systems (BUR, TPO, PVC, etc.)

Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Ability to lift 50+ pounds
