Job summary

Simon Roofing in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews. This hands-on role requires safety-minded leadership and the ability to coordinate removal, restoration and replacement of roof systems on commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• 2+ years leading a commercial roofing crew.
• Extensive knowledge of low sloped roofing systems.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Willing to work at varying heights and weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel when necessary.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
