Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking an Estimator to bid and win commercial roofing and waterproofing projects in Memphis, TN. You will analyze blueprints and specifications to prepare accurate, competitive estimates and track projects through the estimating system.

You will build strategic relationships with clients, manufacturers, and vendors, and analyze completed jobs to improve future estimating accuracy. The role is full-time and based on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and math skills.
• OSHA 10-hour card and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $115,000.00 Annually

Full- Time | Based on Experience

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and southeastern U.S. since 1972. We're looking for an Estimator to bid and win commercial roofing and waterproofing projects.

What You'll Do

• Analyze blueprints and specifications to prepare accurate, competitive estimates
• Build strategic relationships with clients, manufacturers, and vendors
• Prepare bid documents and track projects through the estimating system
• Analyze completed jobs to improve future estimating accuracy

What You Bring

• Strong analytical and math skills
• OSHA 10-hour card and valid driver's license
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Roofing industry experience, OSHA 30-hour card
• Bilingual fluency, experience with estimating software
