Job summary

Empire Roofing in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Helper to support the service crew leader. You will assist in locating and repairing leaks across BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roofing systems.

The role requires lifting 50+ pounds, working at heights and in varying weather conditions, and coordinating with customers and team members. Prior experience leading roofing crews and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
