Advanced Roofing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Construction Manager in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

You will lead field teams, drive safety, manage budgets, and coordinate subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within scope. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a track record in fast-paced commercial construction. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in roofing construction management, with proven ability to manage crews and schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day commercial roofing operations, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Oversee field personnel, foremen, and subcontractors, including scheduling and performance management.
• Review estimates and construction drawings for accuracy, constructability, and planning.
• Coordinate project schedules, inspections, testing, and crane/delivery logistics.
• Manage materials and equipment by ordering, tracking, securing long-lead items, and stocking.Maintain uninterrupted workflow.
• Monitor job progress, quality control, safety compliance, and productivity across projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and timesheets.
• Collaborate with clients, property managers, consultants, and other trades.
• Recruit, schedule, and evaluate employees while maintaining crew morale.

• Coordinate project schedules, inspections, testing, and crane/delivery logistics
• Manage materials and equipment by ordering, tracking, securing long‑lead items, and ensuring all jobs are properly stocked to maintain uninterrupted workflow
• Monitor job progress, quality control, safety compliance, and productivity across all active projects
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and timesheets
• Collaborate with clients, property managers, consultants, and other trades to ensure smooth job flow
• Recruit, schedule, and evaluate employees while maintaining strong crew morale
• Enforce company policies, safety programs, and quality standards throughout all phases of construction

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required

• High school degree or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5-10 years of commercial roofing construction management experience
• Must have experience managing employees

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Successful Pre-Employment Drug
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall
• Ability to lift 100 LBS or more
• Excellent communication, presentation and follow up skills required
