Job summary

Empire Roofing, a Tecta America Company, in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Commercial Roofer to install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems on outdoor sites. You will work with a roofing crew, follow manufacturer specs, and prioritize safety and quality workmanship.

Starting pay is $20 per hour and can increase based on experience. This role requires physical fitness, the ability to lift heavy loads, and the willingness to work in diverse weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience (implied)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform bending/kneeling/climbing
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 feet and working at heights
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team

Responsibilities

• Install and repair commercial roofing systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC)
• Work as part of a roofing crew to ensure quality workmanship
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company procedures
• Maintain job-site safety and high-quality workmanship
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, climbing)
• Safely climb ladders and work at heights on commercial roofs
