We’re seeking Commercial Roofers to join our safety-focused, team-first crew—whether you’re new to roofing or a seasoned pro, you’ll contribute to high-quality, weatherproof installations. This full-time in-person role requires relocation to Kansas City, MO, with Mon-Fri day shifts and overtime. Qualifications

1-5+ years experience in construction or roofing
OSHA 10 hour training minimum (or ability to obtain)
Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details

Responsibilities

Set-up, maintain, and clean-up project sites to ensure safe work practices and OSHA compliance at all times
Efficiently measure and cut project materials
Install roofing materials (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modbit) to construct weatherproof roofs
Properly manage all tools, equipment, and material
Report safety concerns immediately and pause work if needed for safety
Report to job on-time, ready to work, and seek clarification when needed
Adhere to standards of conduct and company policies
