As a Commercial Roofer you will tear off, install, repair, and maintain roofing systems, work with hand and power tools, and participate in large-scale construction and restoration projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy machinery used in roofing projects.
• Knowledge of roofing materials including metal, membrane, asphalt shingles, and built-up systems.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
• Hands-on experience with restoration work or remodeling projects involving roofing components.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Prepare roofing surfaces by cleaning, patching, or replacing damaged materials to ensure proper adhesion and longevity.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, insulation, and other roofing components safely and efficiently.
• Apply caulking, sealants, or other waterproofing agents to prevent leaks and enhance roof durability.
