Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience installing commercial low-slope roofing systems.
• Proficiency with at least two systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, coatings).
• Strong understanding of roofing details, safety practices, and installation techniques.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work at heights in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Knowledge of NRCA best practices and manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install all aspects of low-slope commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen and liquid applied systems.
• Read and follow project plans and specifications; operate hand tools, power tools and roofing equipment safely.
• Perform detailed work including flashing, terminations, penetrations and edge metal; ensure work meets quality standards and safety requirements.
• Identify and communicate roof deficiencies; work efficiently as part of a crew and help train less experienced team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times.
