Job summary

Tecta America Orlando, a Commercial Roofing Contractor, is seeking an experienced commercial roofer in Sanford, FL to install and repair roofs using BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).

Requirements include teamwork, ability to work outside in extreme weather, lifting 50+ lbs, ladder work up to 60 ft, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs with BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope.
• Work well in a team setting and follow safety protocols.
• Perform duties outdoors in variable weather and lift 50+ lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 60 ft and work on roofs as required.

Commercial Roofer Summary

Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).

• Able to work well in a team setting
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
• Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety

Commercial Roofer Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
