Job summary

Tecta America Orlando is seeking an experienced commercial roofer in Sanford, FL to install and repair roofs using BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope applications. Join a team focused on safety, quality workmanship and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs using BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope systems.
• Work well in a team setting and follow safety standards.
• Operate ladders and roofing equipment safely in varying weather conditions.
• Lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and quality controls.

Commercial Roofer Summary

Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).

• Able to work well in a team setting
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
• Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety

Commercial Roofer Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
