Insurance Inspector

MIB, Inc. (Mutual Inspection Bureau, Inc.) provides time-sensitive insurance surveys to customers across Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, and Washington DC.

We hire independent 1099 contractors to perform on-site underwriting surveys on residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

Responsibilities

• Assess property conditions and identify potential hazards that could lead to claims activity.
• Gather data to assist insurers in establishing replacement-cost values for buildings and dwellings.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports on a per-report basis.
