Job summary

Commercial Kitchen is seeking qualified Commercial Refrigeration Technicians to service equipment at customer locations around Austin, TX. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair refrigeration and cooking equipment, delivering excellent customer service on every call.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
• Previous experience in cooking, refrigeration, or related military fields encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ware washing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls in a timely manner.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.
