Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a commercial refrigeration service technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, and related restaurant and retail systems.

You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergency repairs to keep client equipment operating at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on refrigeration experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial refrigeration service and repair experience.
• EPA or other relevant certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment (walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, etc.).
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions; work independently with dispatch and customers.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations.
