Job summary

McLane Middleton, a leading New England law firm, seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for our Manchester, New Hampshire or Woburn, Massachusetts office. You’ll support a broad range of real estate matters and work directly with the Real Estate Practice Group.

The ideal candidate has five years of real estate experience, an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), NALA or NFPA certification preferred, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in real estate.
• NALA or NFPA certification preferred.
• Strong computer skills and experience with file management software.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial and residential real estate transactions.
• Conduct title searches and issue title insurance policies.
• Perform statewide land use research.
• Handle real estate matters within Trusts and Estates.
• Meet annual billable hour goals established on hire.
