You will prepare closing documents, coordinate due diligence, and conduct entity and property research, including ACRIS tasks. The role requires 3+ years of paralegal experience and aBachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, commercial lending, and financing transactions.
• Strong background reviewing purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, settlement statements, and property records.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• ACRIS experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial real estate transactions with focus on acquisitions, dispositions, lending, and financing matters.
• Prepare closing checklists, critical-date memos, settlement statements, and transaction documents.
• Coordinate due diligence, closings, and documentation throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Conduct entity, ownership, and property research and handle ACRIS-related matters.
• Review title, survey, zoning, and compliance materials as needed.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other transaction parties to keep matters moving forward.
