The candidate should have 3–5 years of finance experience, especially in documenting, negotiating, closing, and due diligence for secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions, with a preference for commercial

Qualifications

3–5 years of finance experience and experience in documenting, negotiating, closing, and conducting due diligence for secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions, with experience in commercial real estate finance preferred.
Proven experience in managing large commercial lending transactions from inception through closing and post-closing stages.
Strong academic credentials, outstanding written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail; commitment to exceptional client service.
Must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

Assist in documenting, negotiating, and closing secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions, with emphasis on commercial real estate finance.
Manage large commercial lending transactions from inception through closing and post-closing stages.
Provide high-quality client service and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
