Essential Qualifications, Duties, and Responsibilities

Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of finance experience and experience in documenting, negotiating, closing, and conducting due diligence for secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions, with experience in commercial real estate finance preferred.

Proven experience in managing large commercial lending transactions from inception through closing and post-closing stages.
