Confidential Employer in Portland, OR is seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join our established practice. You will handle sophisticated CRE transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing, with a focus on high-value matters and client service.

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule after a 90-day ramp, a competitive salary of $130,000 to $170,000 per year, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team of attorneys.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Bar license required.
• 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional law experience.
• Experience with commercial real estate financing, acquisitions, leasing, and transactional documentation.
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage transactions independently while collaborating with colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Experience with commercial loan closings, foreclosures, or debtor-creditor rights is a plus.
• Candidates from law firms, in-house legal teams, and solo practices are welcome to apply if they possess relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Location

Portland, OR – Hybrid. You'll work alongside our team in the office during your first 90 days, then enjoy a flexible schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely each week. Candidates must reside in the Portland area.

Note

Applicants must have an active Oregon Bar license and at least 3 years of commercial real estate transactional law experience. Strong experience handling commercial real estate transactions is essential.
