Job summary

LJW Solutions in Tampa seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our established real estate practice. You will handle sophisticated acquisitions, financings and development matters, working for lenders, developers, owners and investors on a broad range of transactions.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of substantive CRE experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and Florida Bar admission is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of substantive commercial real estate experience.
• Experience handling complex real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with lenders, developers, investors or financial institutions.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Florida Bar admission is preferred.
• Candidates relocating to Tampa may also be considered.
• Previous CRE industry experience outside private practice advantageous.
