Job summary

Koley Jessen seeks a Commercial Real Estate Analyst for a 2-3 year program in Omaha to work with our Real Estate practice.

You will support major transactions, assist in due diligence, and help prepare legal documents while learning across acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development matters.

Commercial Real Estate Analyst

Our strategically growing Corporate Department is seeking to hire a Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our Real Estate practice team in the summer of 2027. Serving the needs of developers, investors, landlords, tenants, lenders, and real estate professionals, you will participate in major transactions. Working alongside a team of expert attorneys, you will be part of the team developing fast-paced and creative solutions to commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development matters.

The position is intended to be a 2-3 year role to develop practical experience in commercial real estate that will be useful in a legal, commercial real estate, investment, or development career. It would also be useful in gaining experience prior to business school or law school.

• Effective analytical skills, pro-active approach, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
