Job summary

PowerSchool Group LLC is seeking a Sales Operations professional in Dallas, TX to optimize our quote-to-cash processes. You will partner with Account Executives on multi-year structuring, renewals, and expansions, while ensuring accurate forecasting and compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial quoting, deal desk, or sales operations, plus strong Salesforce and CPQ experience in a SaaS environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Manage co-terms, repricing, and partial renewals.
  • Reduce friction in late-stage deals.
  • Reinforce funding validation before Proposal → Committed.
  • Ensure structuring supports clean forecasting.
  • Monitorapproval cycles and turnaround times.
  • Identifyrecurring friction and recommend improvements.
  • Maintaincompliance and auditability.

Description

The Sales Operations team focuses on optimizing the sales processes, managing data, and improving efficiency within the Sales team. The team handles tasks such as forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics to drive successful outcomes.

Your day-to-day job will consist of:

Revenue Structuring

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial quoting, deal desk, or sales operations
  • Strong Salesforce and CPQ experience
  • Working knowledge of SaaS subscription models
Preferred
  • Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise sales teams
  • Experience with multi-year structuring

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $47,500 - $84,800 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
