Qualifications

  • Knowledge of contract administration and management.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to prepare monthly commercial reports.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams toward high performance.
  • Encourages others and recognizes efforts.
  • Supports the wider team to meet plans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontract packages from procurement to final account.
  • Procure subcontract packages and materials, including tender documentation.
  • Report to the commercial lead on package performance.
  • Establish cost control systems and handle client changes.
  • Develop risk and opportunity reporting.
  • Mitigate risks to protect margins.
  • Seek value engineering opportunities to improve profit.
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Support net zero carbon transition during delivery.
