Job summary

Lpc is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Baltimore, Maryland. The candidate will support the Property Manager(s) in all aspects related to managing commercial, industrial, or retail properties, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent client service.

A successful applicant should possess a Bachelor's degree, communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work well with tenants and vendors. The position is 100% in-office during standard business hours with a pay range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills are required.

• Support Property Manager(s) in managing property operations.
