Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Minimum 2+ years of project management in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience managing commercial product launches and validation programs.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Professional Project Management Qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact and program lead for assigned commercial, validation, and strategic accounts.
• Lead multiple complex projects with timelines, risks, customer meetings, audits, and launch readiness.
• Manage commercial launch and validation activities including packaging, labeling, and qualification.
• Own project financial performance by managing budgets, forecasts, contracts, revenue, and profitability.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, and customers.
