Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of analyst experience in commercial lending portfolio analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis methodologies.
• Ability to present complex credit risk information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing complex business and commercial loans and evaluate ongoing performance levels.
• Complete financial and repayment analysis with a focus on cash flow, liquidity, and leverage analysis.
• Partner with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, commercial loan officers, and servicing teams.
• Review quarterly and annual review documentation.
• Create and present loan portfolio reports and provide strategic recommendations.
• Maintain compliance monitoring database for credit approvals and financial reporting requirements.
• Research products, rates and regulatory compliance to stay up to date.
• Manage and process requests related to Commercial Lending Servicing.
• Participate in training and orientation of Analysts.
