Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related experience in pool maintenance, preferably commercial.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to manage client relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial pool systems, including repairs, automation, equipment, and plumbing.
• Strong mechanical and manual labor skills for maintaining aquatic facilities and related equipment.
• Proficiency in math for calculating chemical ratios and additives.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to maintain accurate logs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of commercial pools and facilities with debris removal and chemical treatments.
• Test water chemistry; adjust pH, chlorine, and sanitizers.
• Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment, plumbing, and filtration.
• Record daily logs of chemical usage, water quality, and inspections.
• Provide reports to management on pool conditions and maintenance schedules.
• Assist with customer communication and service scheduling.
• Perform other duties related to pool maintenance as assigned.
