Maxwell Plumb Mechanical Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Service Technician to independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems across New York City. Based in Bayside, Queens, you will work with a trusted team serving commercial buildings in all five boroughs.

You should have 5+ years of professional plumbing experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to manage service calls with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional plumbing experience preferred, ideally including commercial service work.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a variety of plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently, from initial diagnosis through completed repair.
• Experience handling daily service calls without constant supervision.
• Familiarity with NYC plumbing codes and commercial building systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial plumbing systems.
• Identify and repair leaks, drainage problems, clogs, water pressure issues, and pipe failures.
• Service and repair water supply, drainage, sanitary, and other plumbing systems.
• Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, valves, piping, and associated equipment.
• Communicate with building managers and customers; document work orders.
