Job summary

Cogentanalytics is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish in North Royalton, OH. You will manage preconstruction steps, submittals, coordination and site visits, ensuring on-time delivery and code compliance while coordinating with field crews, contractors and vendors.

This role requires strong organization, the ability to juggle multiple projects, track costs and changes, and maintain accurate project

• Manage all job impacts, RFIs, Change Orders.
• Attend PM meetings and review plans for code compliance.
• Track costs, change orders and project documentation.
• Coordinate all close-out steps (punch lists, demobilization, manuals).

We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish for one of our clients. They are a leading plumbing company in North Royalton, OH. This position oversees all aspects of accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and development of strategic financial plans to support company growth.

• Handle all preconstruction steps, such as submittals, coordination and site visit.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and job progress.
• Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors
• Manage all job impacts, RFI's, Change Orders.
• Attend all job PM meetings. Review plans/specs and ensure code compliance
• Track costs, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate all project close out steps, such as final punch-list items, coordinate demobilization, Warranty letters, Operation Manuals and AS-Builds.
• Project management experience (construction/plumbing preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Bonus: Commercial plumbing experience
