Job summary

Accurate Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead our commercial plumbing teams on-site. You will supervise crews, plan schedules, inspect installs, and ensure compliance with codes, safety, and project specs.

This role requires 5+ years in commercial plumbing and a valid license, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with project managers and subcontractors across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid plumbing license or certification as required by regulations.
• 5+ years in commercial plumbing with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of commercial plumbers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate plumbing work to align with project timelines and milestones.
• Inspect plumbing installations and maintenance work to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Manage travel arrangements and logistics for crew members when working on multiple or remote job sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve technical issues and optimize workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours for reporting purposes.
• Ensure all plumbing fixtures and systems are installed and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings.
