The role emphasizes coaching, field support, and safety compliance while coordinating with dispatch and office staff to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Leadership, foreman or field supervision experience preferred.
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Commercial Service Technicians and Apprentices.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on field support.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
• Review daily work orders and coordinate with dispatch, estimators, and office staff.
• Assist technicians with complex troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and plumbing codes.
• Order materials and coordinate project needs.
• Coach, mentor, and develop technicians to improve performance and skill level.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$115,000 annual salary (based on experience)
