Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test pipes, fittings, and fixtures per plumbing codes.
• Identify sources of malfunctions and complete repairs as per work orders.
• Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures.
• Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and system equipment.
• Read blueprints to determine layout of plumbing systems.
• Plan, install, and service plumbing systems and test for leaks.
• Receive and complete work orders.
• Estimate material quantities and time for tasks.
• Maintain inventory of tools and materials.
• Inspect completed jobs and ensure cleanliness.
• Collaborate with supervisors to complete projects.
