Qualifications

• Current Journeyman Plumbing License in Colorado.
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing, including hydronic systems.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, tools, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Proficient in the use of plumbing tools and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings including water, gas, and drainage pipes.
• Specialize in hydronics and hydronic heating systems components.
• Service pumps, water heaters, and pressure regulators in mechanical rooms.
• Work with multiple materials (PVC, copper, PEX, black iron, galvanized).
• Collaborate with HVAC and electrical trades for large projects.
• Read blueprints and ensure code compliance for installations.
