Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary equipment in commercial buildings.

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing fixtures and systems.

Requirements

• A recognized trade qualification as a Plumber.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Commercial Plumber.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, pipefitting techniques, and relevant codes (e.g., SANS 10254).
• Proficiency in reading and understanding plumbing drawings and specifications.
• Experience with various types of piping materials (e.g., copper, PVC, galvanized steel).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable means of transport.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working in various environmental conditions.
