RL James Exteriors is seeking a skilled Commercial Plasterer to join our Field Operations team in Florida. The role involves installing, finishing, and repairing exterior plaster systems on commercial projects, while maintaining high quality workmanship and a strong safety focus.

The ideal candidate will have experience with plastering, stucco, or exterior finishing, and be capable of working both independently and within a crew.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial plastering, stucco, or exterior finishing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of plaster application techniques and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work safely at heights and on active construction sites.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills within the trade.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Commercial Plastering is always looking for skilled and motivated Commercial Plasterers to join our growing team. This evergreen posting allows us to connect with qualified candidates for current and future commercial plastering opportunities.

The Commercial Plasterer will support the installation, repair, and finishing of exterior plaster systems on commercial projects.
