Job summary

HB Global, LLC in Georgia is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Pipefitter to install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for commercial projects. You will read blueprints, lay out piping per specs, weld, and test systems, while coordinating with other trades and ensuring safety standards. This role reports to Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global and operates on-site at the Nash P&M Georgia Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; pipefitter apprenticeship or 5+ years experience.
• Ability to read complex blueprints, P&IDs and isometrics.
• Proficient in welding (SMAW, TIG, MIG), brazing and threading.
• Knowledge of ASME/ANSI codes and safety regulations.
• Physically able to lift, climb, and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and determine pipe layouts.
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, and weld pipes per specs.
• Assemble and install piping systems with supports and valves.
• Inspect for leaks, pressure, and integrity.
• Troubleshoot and repair piping issues.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Collaborate with other trades and supervisors.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety policies.
• Mentor junior pipefitters as needed.
