Job summary

Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. is seeking a commercial construction pipefitter to join our team in Florida.

This full-time role requires 3–5 years of commercial piping experience, the ability to read blueprints, and the capacity to manage piping layouts and installations while supervising apprentices. You will work with a range of piping materials, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and have basic piping system understanding.
• Ability to manage time and production following supervisor directions.
• Ability to install and work with various piping and materials used in the trade.
• Lead and teach apprentice pipefitters and ensure safety per company guidelines.
• Skilled in using hands and tools used in piping trades.
• Able to establish elevation and layout piping.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise apprentice pipefitters to work safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret 3D plans and piping drawings.
• Install, layout, and connect piping systems per specifications.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company policies.
