Job summary

Rentokil is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to perform industry-leading pest management for commercial properties. The role involves inspecting client sites, identifying pest issues, applying treatments, and advising on prevention while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence (Company vehicle and gas card provided)
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
• Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• You’ll need to be able to follow instructions for mixing on product labels.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us)
• Customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify pest infestations and entry points through thorough property inspections.
• Apply pest control products safely and follow safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and best practices.
• Build relationships with customers and manage appointments.
• Maintain pest control equipment and comply with regulations.
• Drive company vehicle and follow maintenance procedures.
