Job summary

Innovative Pest Solutions in California is seeking a Commercial Pest Management Professional to protect commercial spaces across Los Angeles, San Diego, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties. This full-time role runs 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for growth through hands-on route management and effective pest control.

You will schedule routes, perform targeted treatments, and document outcomes while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class C driver's license.
• Pest Control License Branch 2 and/or Branch 3.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Strong written reporting ability and basic tech use.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Branch 2 – Preferred; Branch 3 – Desirable.
• Previous industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule strategic routes for commercial accounts.
• Perform targeted pest control treatments as planned.
• Meticulously document work and client interactions.
• Identify pest challenges and provide effective solutions.
