Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing training and resources to decide on the best solution.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex requirements.
