Job summary

Northwest Exterminating in Tucker, GA is seeking a Pest Control Service Professional. You’ll be out on the road, delivering pest control services to homes and businesses while building trust with customers and protecting communities. The role offers comprehensive training, a route-based schedule, and the chance to grow with a respected, 70-year‑old local employer.

Training pay is 17 to 19 dollars per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid vacation and holidays,

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal and external customers to create customers for life.
• Manage daily service route operations with strong time management.
• Perform commercial pest control tasks and address current/future needs.
• Maintain safety mindset when operating equipment and driving.
• Provide consistent communication to keep customers informed and satisfied.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Apply pest control products per label safety guidelines.

Your responsibilities

• Building Relationships: You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time.
• Managing Your Service Route: You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.
  • Perform Commercial pest control .
  • Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
  • Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
  • Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Safety First: You’ll maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle. Your commitment to safety helps ensure the protection of both yourself and the people you serve.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
